The Alistair Walker Whisky Company is a Scottish independent bottler founded by Alistair Walker, who grew up in the trade alongside his father Billy Walker and worked with him at BenRiach before going his own way.
The company's main range is Infrequent Flyers. As the name suggests, it focuses on distilleries that rarely appear under their own name. Each bottling comes from a single cask, and the cask number and vintage are printed on the label, so every release is a limited outturn.
The distilleries in our catalogue are mostly Speyside and Highland workhorses whose spirit usually goes into blends: Glen Elgin, Linkwood, Glentauchers, Benrinnes, Royal Brackla, Blair Athol, Deanston, Braeval and BenRiach. Ages range from around ten years to thirty-year-old casks from the early 1990s.
Because releases are single casks, two bottles with the same age statement can taste quite different. Check the cask number and strength on each listing when comparing prices.

About whiskies
Whisky (or whiskey) is a distilled alcoholic beverage made from fermented grain mash. Various grains are used including barley, corn, rye, and wheat. Whisky is typically aged in wooden casks, which gives it its distinctive color and complex flavor profile.
Each bottling represents a unique expression with specific characteristics like age, cask type, and alcohol strength.
