The Alistair Walker Whisky Company is an independent Scotch whisky bottler set up by Alistair Walker, who grew up in the industry as the son of the distiller Billy Walker. It does not run a distillery of its own; it selects casks distilled elsewhere and bottles them under its own label.
Its main range is Infrequent Flyers, a series of single casks, each labelled with age, vintage and cask number. The name reflects the idea that many of these distilleries are rarely seen as single malts.
The casks come from a wide spread of distilleries. Our catalogue lists bottlings from Glen Elgin, Linkwood, Royal Brackla, Benrinnes, Blair Athol, Auchroisk, Ben Nevis and Braeval, as well as releases labelled only by region, such as an undisclosed Islay and a Speyside. Ages run from around 11 years to 30 years and more.

About whiskies
Whisky (or whiskey) is a distilled alcoholic beverage made from fermented grain mash. Various grains are used including barley, corn, rye, and wheat. Whisky is typically aged in wooden casks, which gives it its distinctive color and complex flavor profile.
Each bottling represents a unique expression with specific characteristics like age, cask type, and alcohol strength.
