Malts of Scotland ist ein unabhängiger Abfüller mit Sitz in Deutschland. Das Unternehmen destilliert nicht selbst. Es wählt Fässer mit Scotch Whisky aus vielen Brennereien aus und füllt sie unter eigenem Label ab, sodass die Auswahl der Fässer und der Zeitpunkt der Abfüllung in seiner Verantwortung liegen.
Typischerweise bringt das Unternehmen Single-Cask-Abfüllungen auf den Markt, auf deren Etikett die Brennerei, der Jahrgang, das Alter und die Fassnummer angegeben sind, wie zum Beispiel der 13-Jährige 2010 (Fass 11276) oder der 23-Jährige 1995 (Fass 10201) in unserem Katalog.
