Mackillop's Choice is an independent bottling range linked to Lorne Mackillop, who chose the casks that carry his name. It is associated with Angus Dundee Distillers.
The range is built around single casks, with the cask number, distillation year and age printed on the label. Many bottlings in our catalogue come at cask strength, while some are reduced, so it is worth checking the strength of each bottle.
The distilleries bottled include Glen Elgin, Glenlivet, Longmorn, Linkwood, Dalmore and Glen Garioch, as well as closed distilleries such as Rosebank, Coleburn and St Magdalene, which appears on the label as Linlithgow. Most of the releases we list are aged around twenty years or more, from vintages in the 1970s, 1980s and early 1990s.
