North Star Spirits

North Star Spirits is a small independent bottler based in Glasgow. It does not run a distillery of its own; instead it selects casks of whisky distilled elsewhere in Scotland and bottles them under its own name.

The catalogue covers a wide spread of distilleries, from Bunnahabhain, Ardbeg and Ben Nevis to newer names such as Nc'Nean and Ardnamurchan, along with Glenturret and Glen Moray. Some bottles carry a 'Secret Highland' or similar label where the distillery is not named.

Buyers will also meet North Star's blends and vattings: the Tarot Blend series with card names such as "The Fool" and "The Empress", the Campbeltown Connection blended malt, and older blended and grain whiskies such as a 50 Year Old Blended Grain from 1973 and a 31 Year Old Cameronbridge. These sit alongside aged single casks and occasional retailer exclusives.
