Single Cask Nation

Single Cask Nation is an independent bottler from the United States, started by whisky enthusiasts Joshua Hatton and Jason Johnstone-Yellin and originally linked to the Jewish Whisky Company. It began as a members' club for single cask releases and later reached a wider market.

As a bottler it selects individual casks from distilleries and releases each one on its own, so every bottling is limited to the yield of that cask. Bottles typically state the distillery, vintage, age and often the cask number. The releases are generally bottled at cask strength without chill filtration or added colour.

Its Scotch selection covers many regions: Speyside casks from Linkwood and Dailuaine, Highland malts from Glen Garioch and Macduff, Tobermory from Mull, and Bunnahabhain Staoisha, the peated spirit of the Islay distillery. It also bottles blended malt Scotch.

The bottler is known for looking beyond Scotland too, with casks from Westland in the United States and Paul John in India in our catalogue.
