Seagram's takes its name from Joseph E. Seagram, whose distilling business in Waterloo, Ontario, grew into one of the largest drinks companies in the world during the twentieth century. The company was broken up around 2001, and its spirits brands were divided between Diageo and Pernod Ricard.

The two whiskies most buyers meet today are Seagram's V.O., a blended Canadian whisky, and Seagram's 7 Crown, an American blended whiskey that was long one of the best-selling whiskies in the United States. Both were sold by Diageo to Sazerac in 2018. They are light, easy blends, priced for everyday drinking and mixing.

Our catalogue also holds older and rarer bottles under this name, such as the Seagram 25 Year Old Club Blended Scotch Whisky from the company's Scotch business. These are collector items, and their price depends on age and condition rather than on any current production.
