About Fee Brothers

Fee Brothers is a family-run maker of cocktail bitters from Rochester, New York, known for a broad line of flavoured bitters used in Old Fashioneds and other whisky cocktails.

Country
United States
Region
New York
Founded
1863

Fee Brothers is not a whisky producer but a maker of cocktail bitters and mixers, based in Rochester, New York. It is a long-standing family business with roots in the nineteenth century.

Whisky drinkers usually meet Fee Brothers behind the bar. A few dashes of bitters are what turn whisky, sugar and water into an Old Fashioned, and they appear in many other classic cocktails.

The range is wide. Alongside the Old Fashioned Bitters and Orange Bitters there are fruit styles such as Cherry, Peach, Plum, Cranberry, Grapefruit and Lemon, herbal ones such as Mint, Celery and the Cardamom Bitters Bokers Style, and the nutty Black Walnut Bitters, which pairs well with bourbon and rye.
